Dental Implants

Many people suffer from tooth loss, whether due to tooth decay, gum disease, or some chronic diseases and therefore implants are the ideal solution to compensate for this loss.
Implantology is a technique for implanting artificial roots made of titanium to replace tooth loss, and they are placed to fuse directly with the jaw bones.
The transplantation time depends on the quality of the patient’s bones. It requires one to two hours on the day of transplantation and requires two visits within a period of two to three months apart.
The transplant is performed using local anesthesia, which numbs the nerves surrounding the transplant area, and thus no pain is felt during the procedure. However, some conditions must be met by a dental implant patient, which are:

  1. Dental implants are not preferred for patients under 18 years of age.
  2. There is sufficient bone in the jaw for the part to be transplanted.
  3. Ensure the patient's health condition.

Therefore, preparation for planting is done by:
Dental examination inside the clinic and ensuring that implants are the most appropriate solution for the patient.
Then, x-rays are taken to examine the teeth and jaw bones.
Taking the required measurements for planting procedures.

The implants are performed within the Hayat Dental Center using the “surgical guide,” which is a three-dimensional planning system that is taken via a computer scan of the patient’s mouth, which gives the surgeon the best position for the implants within the bones.

After completing the transplantation process, the patient must adhere to some instructions, which are:

  • Eating two hours after the transplant procedure.
  • Avoid eating or drinking anything hot.
  • Do not tamper with the tongue at the implant site.
  • Apply cold compresses to the outside of the face on the first day of transplantation.
  • Adherence to the treatment prescribed by the treating physician.

In the days following transplantation, you can eat and drink normally.

The patient begins by rinsing the mouth with warm water and salt, then brushing his teeth well and following up periodically with the treating physician if severe pain or swelling occurs.

The cost of cultivation depends on several factors:

  1. The number of missing teeth in the patient.
  2. Jaw bone quality.
  3. The quality of techniques used in dental implants.
  4. The number of sessions the patient needs for the transplant.

Implants are performed within Hayat Dental Center in the shortest time using the latest technologies and devices.
